Absolutely! We offer a generous 10% discount on your next order for every new active client you’ve referred. If you refer more than 5 new active clients, we’ll increase your discount to 15%. for each new referral.
The daily cutoff is 1 pm Pacific time(4 pm Eastern). This ensures your order is shipped the same day. Any orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery times vary between 1-3 days depending on your distance within Canada.
We package all of our units in labelled and sealed pouches. All of the units for your order and then further sealed in a heavy duty package before finally being packed into a bubblewrap envelope for safe and secure shipping to your door.
We accept eTransfer, Cheques and Money Orders. Please note, cheques will require time to clear before orders are sent out.
All you need is an email address and online access to your bank account. When you complete your order, you’ll be given all the necessary details for completing the transfer; email address, order#, password.
You will receive an email when your payment has been received, as well as an email when your order has shipped.
We will hold all orders for a full business day after the day the order was placed. Any orders that haven’t been paid in full or, have made arrangements, will be canceled.
If you need to change your order, you can. You’ll need to contact us directly though. Changes can’t be made online.

We will accept unopened units for exchange credit. If for any reason, you’re unhappy with anything, return it to us, no questions asked and receive 100% credit towards a future purchase.

Yes, we try to update the images as often as possible. While we don’t use stock photography, we try to update whenever the product changes appearance significantly.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 will pay the standard shipping charges. Usually between $15-$25 depending on your location.
